As we find ourselves working from home and sitting more, there are simple things that we can do to support our bodies and give ourselves the self-care that we need to thrive.
In this workshop, you will learn the movements and postures to help:
• Sit in a healthier and functional way
• Align your body properly with your workspace
• Integrate movement into your workday
All you need is an exercise mat, ideally placed on a hard floor, a chair with a firm back and an open heart and mind!
