Have you increased or decreased the number of contacts that you’ve made in 2020 compared to last year? Have you even sat down to check on this?
You see some agents are confused because they just did a lot of business in a quick period of time, and they really just compressed about four months or five months worth of business into two or three months. But what is your plan for the rest of the year?
Do you even know who in your database is considering moving in the late summer or early fall.? Or are you just happy that you did a lot of business in the last 60 days, and are content to ride out this summer and hope that things pick up again in the fall? I’m sure a lot of agents are going to do this, and it’s not to knock that, but it’s not a business strategy.

How many of you still are not doing videos because you’re worried about how you look on Camera? Even worse than that thought, how many agents do not have someone encouraging them to do video because it is a necessary part of your modern marketing plan? Are you getting that encouragement where you are?
Are you hosting webinars on zoom for past and potential clients?
