Thank you to the City of Chico, City Staff, and the City Council for awarding the Chamber a $75,000 grant in support of the COVID work we’ve done over the past year. The Chico Chamber Board of Directors are still sorting out where we are going to spend these one-time funds, but we assure you it will be in support of our scope of work in the recruitment and retention of employees for employers here in Butte County. We continue to have focus groups talking with some of our largest employers in chico to see how we can best help. We also want to let our members know that we sent out a brief survey this morning with one question on it. Please fill it out at your earliest convenience. You can learn more about our 2021 scope of work on our website here: https://www.chicochamber.com/2021-action-plan.html

The Young Professionals Organization (YPO) is hosting their next Leadership Luncheon on November 17th from 11:30am to 1pm. This luncheon will include a panel of guest speakers talking about Real Estate.
